From the first moment I met Jamie in Mellons he has been so polite, helpful, full of information and answered any questions I had about buying a new car. He showed me a variety of different cars and suggested which would be best for me. He phoned numerous times throughout the ordering process to update me on the delivery of my car, when it would be read y to be picked up and on day of picking it up he went through everything. I needed to know about my new car, through the dash, the traction control, who to set up personal settings etc on the dash and all the new buttons and controls I wasn't accustomed to in my old car.
He has called twice since I received the car to see if everything is going OK and if I have had any issues since receiving the new Kona which was a really nice touch too
He is a credit to Mellons car sales and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car!

I got my Hyundai i20 service from a local garage today, he told me the air filter seems never changed, cause the debris was so thick!
That means Hyundai dealer didnt service properly 2 years ago? Does the management knew it??? Shamed to charged £200 plus additional things

Was a hard choice picking a new car with all that’s out there however melons made that very simple, staff where extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly, only one hiccup with the car and it was sorted within minutes, massive thank you to those who helped me!!

The entire process from ordering a car to collecting the car is so smooth, and the guys at the dealership (specifically Darren) were really helpful in answering any questions I had along the way, as well as keeping me updated throughout the delays that were outside of the dealerships control.
On the day of collection, Darren took the time to show me how everything works, which gave me the opportunity to get any questions I had answered. I was initially worried about switching from a manual to an automatic, but Darren made me feel so at ease that I drove out of the dealership with more confidence than I knew I had.
