Terrible service went to have my car serviced here and left my contact details contact number. I was told my car would be ready around 5 but would be contacted when the vehicle is ready by phone call. I was never contacted so I had to make a phone call myself at 5 o’clock to see if my vehicle was ready it was and had been a while then I was told people are only there tell half 5 but the website says 6 o’clock then I had to travel from Belfast which I would not be there on time was told my vehicle will be left outside with the key under the Mat unlocked amazing customer service lads well done really looking out for your customers or more yourself not going the extra mile at all disgraceful behaviour this could of been fixed by simple phone call. Better communication amongst one another Is needed so these matters don’t happen again.
