My salesman, Scott, from the beginning, was very friendly and helpful. I had 2 test drives in the car to help me make my choice. I had very little to do, Scott did everything for me to make the Motability process very easy. On collection, Scott was very thorough in his explanation of the car systems, he displayed good knowledge of the car and was very clear in his information. Of the 3 test drives I did in total (2 with other companies), Mellons was by far the best in customer service and this was a factor in my choice.

Oddballs in my opinion & expensive to boot . . Most of the family run business / staff dnt seem to drive Hyundai’s either , never seen a car dealer not drive their own sales product .

Appalling service, bought a little 2014 Fait 500, from Mellons at Rathgael Road. After 4 months discovered sump pan had rusted so badly it was leaking oil. Receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, spoke to ‘Principle Dealer’. He was evasive and full of excuses. Eventually agreed the easy path, to allow them to replace the pan. That’s when the real trouble started. Left car with garage 08:30 on agreed day, hob booked at 2.5 hours. 16:20 received call saying car wasn’t ready. Long story short, we didn’t get car back for 10 days!!! Again excuses, from faulty pan, to seal, gasket. I couldn’t, in good conscience recommend this crowd to anyone. Will never set foot in Mellons again, unless it’s to get my money refunded. Just sorry I had to give them a star, they don’t even deserve that.

Didn't achieve a deal however overall a reasonably congenial experience other than being berated for taking a test drive prior to trying to negotiating a price, which really should have been the salespersons prerogative to prioritize and organize.

Very slow. Left car in 08:30, 14:30 still not ready. Car wasn't reset after service. Asked for State of Health of the battery twice, still waiting. Date of service wasn't put into service book
