Horrendous experience and will never be near this dealership again. Unfortunately I am stuck with a pre-reg car that I was sold as new but at least Hyundai and Charles Hurst have worked together to ensure that I never have to deal with these truly horrible people again. Buyer beware. Google apparently doesnt allow me to give them zero stars. They don't deserve one.

Bought 2 cars here within the last few years and have also had friends who have purchased cars from them.
The sales department is second to none. Having bought from Tony twice now I cannot rate him highly enough for customer service. If he was at any other dealer I would 100% recommend. Sadly the aftercare is very lacking
My car was damaged on the steering wheel during "warranty" work on the car, it took nearly a week of heated exchanges to get this resolved. On another occasion my partners car was getting body work done, it was of very poor standard and had to be redone again. The last straw was a recent service where oil was spilt on the exhaust outlet of the engine and we where not informed. Half way home the cabin was full of smoke and we had to return to Mellons. Thankfully it didnt catch fire! That was our last dealings with them, I have since cancelled my service plan with them.
